Beachcombers is a small, long running, Hair Salon located in Bexhill, where I, Michele, have been serving the local community since opening in 1999. Deby joined a few years later. In 2019, Deby and I became partners in the Business.

Due to a staff employment issue, we have been put in severe financial difficulty, which could end up leading to us losing the Salon that we have worked so hard for.

This has been an incredibly stressful and upsetting time for us, and we greatly appreciate all the moral support we've received from family, friends, and all our lovely customers.

As many of you already know, both myself, and Deby, have been through Breast Cancer treatments, including chemotherapy, which was a very distressing, intense and challenging experience for both of us to go through. Although we have luckily survived our Breast Cancer journeys, this still afffects us to this day, as we both still suffer from fatigue as a side effect from the chemotherapy.

Many clients have noticed the severity of my osteoarthritis, causing me pain in my hips, leading to difficulty standing for long periods and even walking. I am in need of surgery, but have been unable to have this, due to the financial stress I have been under.

However, both myself and Deby smile and laugh, and have worked hard to bring a great service to all our wonderful clients.

We have never wanted to ask for help, as it's difficult for us to ask, but as so many of our clients have suggested they would love to help by contributing financially, we have decided to do this Gofundme.

We will be so grateful for your support. Any, and all contributions will help to ease the stress and financial burden due to the debt we are currently facing.

The funds will be used to help reduce the overall cost of the debt in total, and will help bring much needed stress relief and peace of mind!

We will then be able to focus positively on moving on, and continuing to provide our excellent service to all our loyal regular, and new clients alike.
