Hi, my name is Sarah, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit on behalf of my best friend and fur baby, Bagel, a sweet 7-month-old Australian Shepherd puppy who urgently needs your help.

What’s Happening?

Two days ago, Bagel began showing frightening symptoms - Lethargy, severe abdominal pain, shivering, vomiting, and loss of appetite. We rushed him to the emergency vet, but the cause of his illness is still unknown. He needs extensive diagnostic tests, urgent treatments, and possibly hospitalization to give him a fighting chance.

The costs are climbing quickly, with vet bills possibly in the thousands, and we’re only at the beginning of what could be a long road to recovery.

Bagel isn’t just a pet. He’s family. He’s the soft nose nudging you when you’re sad, the wagging tail that brings sunshine into every room, and the heart of our home. Watching him suffer, not knowing what’s wrong, and feeling helpless is absolutely devastating.

As someone who never imagined having to ask strangers for help, I’m humbly reaching out to this community because Bagel deserves a chance to grow up, chase butterflies, and live the joyful life every puppy should have.
