Noah is a 9-month-old baby who, at just 2 months old, underwent a Kasai procedure for suspected biliary atresia. However, this surgery was performed without completing the necessary medical tests to confirm whether it was truly the right procedure, beginning a heartbreaking and painful journey for Noah and his family.

Today, Noah is facing a critical liver condition and urgently needs a liver transplant to survive. His health is extremely fragile, and his only hope is to travel to another country where he can receive the specialized transplant he needs, since this life-saving procedure is not available to him in Ecuador.
