Save baby Melody

Our hearts have been hit today with the news of a tragic accident. Little Melody (3 years old) and her sweet daddy have been in Kenya the last few weeks visiting their family over there. Today there was an accident that involved her having a severe head trauma including a 5cm wide laceration, skull fracture, brain swelling and internal bleeding.

As of now she is stable but absolutely in critical condition.

The medical staff in Kenya is limited and therefor need money first before they can perform any surgeries. The first surgery alone is $5,000. The mother (Meagan) is still here in the United States and cannot get to her baby.

I cannot even imagine what she's going through.

The government is trying to get Mel home to the States asap so that she can have the emergency treatment she needs but this is going to cost a fortune for this family because the insurance will not cover her accident since it occurred overseas.

Some organizations have reached out with solutions but it will not even come close to covering everything financially within the time frame they are needing.

This is literally life or death for this little girl.

Please help my best friends family get through this so Melody can get the immidiate care she needs and arrive safely in her Momma's arms.

Anything will help.
