My name is Mohammed Raafat, and I am writing to you with a heavy heart but unwavering faith. I am 25 years old, a father to my precious 5-month-old daughter Manal, and husband to my beloved wife Mayar. We were once a family like yours, sitting together in our home, making plans for our daughter's future, dreaming of watching her take her first steps and speak her first words. But in an instant, everything changed.

The war has taken everything from us. My mother and brother were killed, I have no family left. Our home was destroyed, and now we live in a tent with nothing but the clothes on our backs, struggling each day to find food and clean water amist heavy bombing and gunfire. My baby daughter Manal is malnourished and needs medical care that we cannot afford. As I hold her in my arms, I see her innocent eyes looking up at me, trusting that I will protect her and provide for her needs. Like any parent, my heart breaks knowing she is suffering.

I am not asking for much—just a chance for my daughter to live and escape this nightmare. I am writing my story here to ask for your help so I can provide for my basic needs and the needs of my infant daughter—such as diapers, milk, medicine, and more—and to survive amidst this brutal war that has taken from us our loved ones and our smiles, leaving us sorrowful in a dark, dusty night, not knowing when our turn will come to leave this world.

We have lost our family, our home, and our future.Our survival depends on daily donations, our lives depend on you. We have not lost our faith that there are still good people in this world who will help a father save his child. Please, help us survive another day. Help my daughter
