Save Azmi: Heart and Liver Transplant

My name is Azmi. I’m a 57-year-old father of three, and today, with all the strength I have left, I’m asking for your help — not just for me, but for the family that still needs me.

I am in the fight of my life. I urgently need a rare and complex surgery — a combined heart bypass and liver transplant — that can only be performed at the Cleveland Clinic in the United States. It’s one of the few hospitals in the world with the expertise to carry out both procedures together in a single, coordinated operation. This is my only chance at survival.

My condition is worsening rapidly. I’ve lost nearly 40% of my body weight — dropping from 70 kg to just 44 kg (97 lbs). I am severely underweight, weak, and in constant pain. On top of heart and liver failure, I’ve also been diagnosed with autoimmune pancreatitis. Every day is a struggle. Every breath is harder than the last. My doctors have made it clear: without this surgery, my time is running out.

But there is hope.
