Save Asfolk Viking School

My name is Arthur. I'm the Jarl (owner) of Asfolk. Asfolk is a Viking school and research facility located in Eagan, MN. We do research related to the Viking Age and educate people on all things Viking: culture, runes, crafts (blacksmithing, woodworking, weaving, etc) and martial arts (how to fight with swords, axes, spears and shields). We hold classes for children, adults and families.

Asfolk has never been a profitable business... and I don't need it to be. It's my way of giving back to the community and sharing my love and passion for Viking Age culture. However, Asfolk, and me personally, have suffered financially due to COVID-19 closures. I'm using these funds to catch up on rent and get classes restarted. Without these funds Asfolk will be forced to close. I'm exploring additional ways to bring in funds but this fundraiser is a big part of the effort to save Asfolk.
