Save Antonio - Stray Cat Fighting Cancer & Support Shelter

How it all came about

I'm Gregory, an artist and performer from London. While on a project in Favignana, a remote island off Sicily, I came across a stray cat (I later called him Antonio) in horrific conditions. His ears were falling off and severely infected. It broke my heart. I called Roberto, the only vet on the island, and I decided to take action and we're now asking for your help too!

What Your Donations Can Do

For Antonio:

£5 = fresh quality meat for 5 days

£25 = painkillers for a week

£100 = vet visit/follow-up appointments

£1,000 = covers full cost of surgery & recovery

For SAIE

£5 = Feeds a colony cat for 5 days

£10 = Vaccinate a kitten or provide 2 days of medical care

£100 = Neuter 2 cats, vaccinate 5 kittens, or buy 60kg of food

£3,500 = Expand/Renovate the Sanctuary, provide safe birthing huts for mother cats, and allow me to visit Antonio and paint the entire sanctuary!

What's next for Antonio with your help:

Antonio needs a safe place and loving home. As part of the £5000 fund, I am raising an extra £500 to support his future adopter/family with food and medical care.

As for me, working on the sanctuary has inspired me to use my art to support those in need, with a focus on creating meaningful art for sanctuaries and orphanages worldwide to raise awareness and bring some comfort.
