Recently, our mom, Angelique, has had major plumbing issues that have caused several leaks and flooding throughout her house. She has already been struggling for years to keep up on her mortgage/bills and us siblings have tried to do what we can to help with maintaining the house and supporting her when needed. However this current plumbing emergency is beyond what we can manage on our own. It is an emergency fix to stop further damage, because especially with all the rain lately, we can't keep water out of her house, and it just keeps coming in. The job will cost anywhere from $30,000 - $70,000, with no loan option on her end. She has already lost clients and renters so her already small income has been lessened even more lately.
