Help Amara Naga Venkata Sesha Talpa Sai Get a Lifesaving Liver Transplant

My cousin’s son, Amara Naga Venkata Sesha Talpa Sai, a 28-year-old, has been diagnosed with decompensated cirrhotic liver disease with critical complications like portal hypertension and ascites. His condition has deteriorated rapidly, and doctors have determined that a liver transplant is his only chance at survival.

This young man, full of life and dreams soon to be CA (Chartered Accountant), is now facing the fight of his life. The transplant surgery needs to be done within the next 30 days. The estimated cost for the surgery and immediate post-operative care is ₹30,00,000 (approximately $35,000 USD), and this doesn’t include additional pre- and post-surgery workup or unforeseen complications.

Unfortunately, his family is struggling to cover these enormous expenses. His father works at a rice mill, and his mother is a dedicated school teacher. They have been doing everything they can to keep their son alive, but the financial burden is overwhelming for them.
