Save Ahmed's Family: Evacuation and living Fund

"Dear friends and compassionate supporters,

I'm Safaa Qudaih from Gaza, now in the U.S., and I'm creating this fundraiser for my extended family members residing in Gaza: my brother Hussam, his wife Reem and their children. All proceeds will be donated to help my family during this crisis, both by helping them evacuate from Gaza, and helping them stay alive inside Gaza until they are able to safety evacuate."

Please take a moment to read my family's story in my 14-year old nephew Ahmed's words:"

Hello - I am Ahmed from Gaza. I am 14 years old. My family Consists of 7 members: Ahmed (14), Aya (12), Anas (10), Muhammad (7), Zain (3), my mother Reem (40), and my father Hussam (45). We were displaced several times. First, we were displaced from the village of Abasan to the center of Khan Yunis for 3 months, then we went down to Rafah and lived there for 5 months in atent, then we were displaced here to Mawasi Khan Yunis for more than 3 months, and we have been living in tents under difficult conditions for nearly For 11 months, with the difficulty of transporting water and receiving treatment, here we are trying to survive and escape death several times in harsh conditions. We have been living in the worst days of our lives for 11 months, as if we were in ancient times The coffins were buried and we are still fighting for life. we cannot live in the Gaza Strip because it is not fit for life in this war.

My future and some of my friends and relatives. My memories, and all my dreams have been demolished. My family's life has been put in danger more than once. I appeal to your conscience and humanity to save my family from certain death.

We live every moment of our lives in terror, fear, and anticipation of an unknown fate. The war machine does not differentiate between humans, trees, animals and stones. Everyone is in danger.

In order for my family to be evacuated to Egypt, a special permit must be created for each family member. Exit officials charge about US$5,500 per adult and about US$2,500 per child . My family wants about US$30,000 for an evacuation permit to Egypt, and we need money to buy some food and clean water to stay alive until the evacuation will be done. I hope you can all evacuate my family to Egypt. Our lives are dying every day. I appeal to everyone who has a conscience and a good heart and is watching this campaign to donate or participate. I really need it
