First of all, I want to say thank you to all of my clients. You are the best part of AfterJuly Hair Creative and have made it what it has grown to today.
As many of you know, I rent a solo hair studio in San Francisco and I am a self-employed business owner. Like so many other small businesses, Afterjuly Hair Creative has been hit hard by the COVID-19 Pandamedic.
As part of the local mandate to protect the safety of our guests, families and myself, AfteJuly Hair temporarily closed on March 17th, 2020.  
Three or more weeks of income loss is catastrophic to my business.
Unfortunately, I am not able to generate income until I'm able to reopen. To make matters worse my landlord is pressuring all personal service tenants to move out ASAP or pay rent.

With every passing day, my biggest fear is not to be able to continue to pay rent during Shelter In Place.

All donations will go directly to ensure AfterJuly Hair won’t have to close down permanently and will have a fully functioning salon to return to when this is all over.
Your generous donation will fund my mission to maintain the same level of superior service. I will continue to protect my clients by implementing the new safety standards required by The CA Department of Cosmetology.

In the meantime, I integrated virtual tutorials to support my clients while cutting their hair at home and will continue to think of creative ways to help you and to keep my business on hold through this crisis.

For now, I will focus on staying positive, maintaining a healthy mindset and getting prepared for a rush similar to the holiday season.
