Little Azlan Jan, our 3-year-old innocent boy from Afghanistan, is fighting a serious complex heart disease. Every day without surgery, his tiny heart grows weaker.
Main diagnosis:
• Truncus Arteriosus Type-I
• Large hole in the heart (VSD) with overriding aorta
• Patent Ductus Arteriosus (PDA)
• Dilated heart chambers
