Help saving Young Adrian’s Life from Sarcoma Cancer

Adrian is a 25 year old young man with a brave heart and incredibly tough life story. He is an extremely hardworking person, that at such a young age can already perform as a master foreman in construction. He is a skilled carpenter with advanced knowledge on all trades and unbelievable level of discipline and goodwill.

In June 2025 he was diagnosed with a fast growing soft tissue Sarcoma cancer on his knee. This is one of the most lethal forms of cancer, and the Doctors need to amputate his leg as soon as possible before the cancer can spread further. This is devastating news that shocked all of us who love and admire Adrian and have so much hope for his future in America. Adrian’s health insurance does not cover any of the treatments he needs to survive, or the prosthetics he will need to be able to have a productive life. He will need to pay out of pocket, without being able to work.

We tried getting him into Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on July 2nd after a hard to schedule consultation that cost him $5k just to talk to a doctor. The doctors, even though an amazing team, were unable to provide any treatment as he is stuck in an insane limbo, where his health insurance will not cover his operation or treatment at Sloan, and he cannot qualify for any hospital financial assistance due to the fact he has a health insurance.

When Adrian was still a small child his father Florencio moved to the United States to work hard and create a path for his son, Adrian grew up without his dad near him and could only join him again in 2021. He is the definition of the American Dream, a very intelligent and kind young man, a one of a kind human being.

We all have so much hope for Adrian and know he has so much ahead of him.

Ayuda a salvar la vida del joven Adrian, afectado por un sarcoma

Adrian es un joven de 25 años con un corazón valiente y una historia de vida increíblemente dura. Es una persona extremadamente trabajadora que, a pesar de su corta edad, ya ejerce como capataz en la construcción. Es un carpintero experto con conocimientos avanzados en todos los oficios y un nivel increíble de disciplina y buena voluntad.

En junio de 2025 le diagnosticaron un sarcoma de tejido blando de rápido crecimiento en la rodilla. Se trata de uno de los tipos de cáncer más letales, y los médicos deben amputarle la pierna lo antes posible antes de que el cáncer se extienda aún más. Es una noticia devastadora que nos ha conmocionado a todos los que queremos y admiramos a Adrian y tenemos tanta esperanza en su futuro en Estados Unidos. El seguro médico de Adrian no cubre ninguno de los tratamientos que necesita para sobrevivir, ni las prótesis que necesitará para poder llevar una vida productiva. Tendrá que pagarlo de su bolsillo, sin poder trabajar.

Intentamos ingresarlo en el Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center el 2 de julio, tras una consulta difícil de concertar que le costó 5000 dólares solo por hablar con un médico. Los médicos, a pesar de ser un equipo increíble, no pudieron proporcionarle ningún tratamiento, ya que se encuentra en una situación insostenible, en la que su seguro médico no cubre la operación ni el tratamiento en el Sloan, y no puede optar a ninguna ayuda económica del hospital debido a que tiene seguro médico.

Cuando Adrián era aún un niño pequeño, su padre Florencio se mudó a Estados Unidos para trabajar duro y crear un futuro para su hijo. Adrián creció sin su padre cerca y solo pudo reunirse con él de nuevo en 2021. Es la definición del sueño americano, un joven muy inteligente y amable, un ser humano único.
