Save Adele's Leg: Urgent Surgery Needed

My name is Helen and I have a 9-year-old German Shepherd mix named Adele. I rescued her from an abusive owner, and I have had her for 9 years. She is my emotional support dog whom I love so very much and is dear to me.

We were at the dog park and she did a full-on sprint and tore her CCL, which is a torn ligament in her left rear leg. The surgery is going to cost $6,000, and if I cannot raise the money to fix her leg, she has the chance of tearing the other leg from leaning on the other side. Which then we talk about quality of life, which means euthanasia.
