For over 28 years the Appalachian Children's Chorus, a nationally recognized chorus and Official Children's Chorus of the State of West Virginia, has trained thousands of children in the art of making music together while building character, teaching civility and compassion, leadership, team spirit, confidence, and love for all while pursuing excellence in choral music.

The choir does this for any child, despite socio-economic condition, that desires to be in the choir by providing financial assistance. Fund raising has always supplied the financial wherewithal to do this. However, in the past few years donations have been increasingly hard to come by. So much so that reserves held for that purpose have all but been depleted.

A recent embezzlement that even had our accounting firm fooled further depleted those resources so that  the chorus as a whole may be in jeopardy. While accounting measures are now well established to prevent such an action from occurring again, it may be too late without additional assistance from you.

Your generosity in the past has sustained and allowed for thousands of children to benefit from this program and go on the become outstanding citizens of our great country. Won't you please come to the rescue of this great organization with a donation of $25.00 or more if you can possibly do so.
