In 2010, I started with a simple but ambitious vision: to create an innovative Scandinavian consulting firm that didn't just "sell hours," but solved the technical challenges in process industry. Our slogan has always been: We don’t sell time, we solve problems.

A World-First Innovation

Between 2024 and 2025, our small team of four achieved something remarkable. We built a World-Unique Mobile Material Laboratory.

Usually, when a critical component fails in a power or process plant, samples must cut and be sent to a stationary lab, a process that takes weeks. Our lab mobilizes directly to the site, reducing investigation time and costs by 90% without even cuting samples. We can stream live microscopic analysis to experts anywhere in the world via YouTube or Teams while still on-site. We believe this laboratory has no twin on Earth—it is a vital tool for the safety and reliability of global infrastructure. The Crisis & Our Last Stand

Despite our technical breakthroughs, the harsh economic climate of 2025 hit us hard. A long lasting lack of liquidity forced us to apply for bankruptcy in March.

However, we refuse to let 15 years of innovation disappear. We have been granted a path forward by the Swedish Supervisory Authority (Tillsynsmyndigheten) to reconstruct and transfer our operations into a new entity: HSNS Nordic AB.

We have fought through the bureaucracy and reorganized everything. Now, we are facing our final hurdle: We must pay the last installment to secure the laboratory equipment by April 15th.
