Save a Queer Artist from Eviction

Hi, my name is Orpheus. I'm a queer photographer and artist, and right now I am in dire need.

In August of 2024, I lost my day job, and have since been picking up photography gigs and receiving the support of friends to get by. Despite constant searching, my job hunt has proven unsuccessful, especially since I do not have a car. I am incredibly behind on bills and am facing what would be my fourth eviction notice soon. I don't qualify for any local resources. Instead of waiting until the last minute to emergency fund-raise, I am looking to crowdfund enough by the end of the month to ensure I cover my current debt to my landlord and stay housed.

Any extra funding from this fundraiser will go towards next month's rent and my remaining bill from my last landlord. I will be spending my time continuing my job search and doing my best to get back on my feet, which will be much easier with a roof over my head.

Since I published this fundraiser originally, more fees and bills have accrued. Here are the screenshots containing the updated amount of $1,417.59. The fundraiser has been increased to $1500 to account for it.
