Save A Puppy - Help Save Chase's Life

Meet Chase — A Texas Heeler puppy, only 7 months old. Chase joined our family just this Christmas of 2020. We were told Chase had a slight heart murmur which would “definitely go away” and was “completely harmless” before bringing him home. Chase is an energetic, curious and loving pup who just wants to please his parents, Vincent and Cody.

After a few routine visits to the Vet, we were told Chase needed to see a Cardiologist immediately as his heart murmur was still present. On June 24th we took Chase to Blue Pearl Animal Hospital in Brooklyn to see Dr. Singletary, a Cardiology Specialist. On this visit we were told Chase was diagnosed with severe Congestive Heart Failure. Dr. Singletary said, Chase would only have 1-2 years left to live.

Dr. Singletary explained Chase has water in lungs due to his poor functioning heart and severe condition. Chase has to take 3 medications, twice a day – for the rest of his life. These days Chase is not himself and increasingly lethargic.

There is a way to help Chase overcome this diagnosis with your help.

Chase can receive open heart surgery by the most experienced Canine Cardiologists in the country. He can live a full life and not be taken away from us as a puppy. Please give with a loving heart since Chase means the world to us.
