Save a pensioner from debt

Hello everyone, my name is Allan and I'm trying to raise funds to help support an elderly pensioner that spent years helping other sick people including his dying wife with a neurological disorder with medical cannabis.
Andrew Irving 74 who this week was convicted and fined $42,000- for growing cannabis for his critically ill wife before she passed away and then helping supply cannabis to help other people who needed access to medical cannabis..
This man has a heart of gold, one of the people he was helping and who he had trusted gained access to his life savings ($200,000) and ran away with his money and called the police on him which is why he got raided for cannabis leaving him (a 74yo pensioner) with absolutely nothing and absolutely destitute.
If you could only spare a little it will go a long way to get this fine off his shoulders and pay some of his legal fees in defence of cannabis charges and in his efforts to get his stolen money back, he is already struggling having lost the love of his life and being dragged through court for helping people..
Someone of his age that's done no harm and created no victim doesn't deserve to be fined such an excessive amount for the crime of caring for others..
Thank you for taking the time to read my plea for help and again any little bit will help him remove this added stress from his life which he doesn't deserve..
Cheers Allan
