We are starting over due to COVID-19, Mortgage Rates, and Nonpayment of rent for 4 years. We had to sell the rental Property and our home in Queens, New York. After paying off the mortgages, there was enough to buy a home in upstate New York and move into it. So, we are starting over.

We kept our jobs in the City of New York, and I moved Computer Service's business into the basement of our new house. Our other business is turning into online retail and dropshipping stores.

We are getting by right now. I want to restore our estate and recover the money we lost to lawyers' fees.

My wife tricked out money and used it for our money, and now we watch American Billionaires buy control of our government. It is time to complete companies so we can fight back.

We are leaving the rental property business, Ledic & Lucas LLC, a property management company, and 144-37 25th Drive LLC. We sold the home.

We spent most of the money left to us renovating these buildings and paying off old property taxes on the buildings.

These buildings were left to my wife when her parents died in a car accident. Over by the Target on 20th Avenue in Flushing, Queens, New York.

We had money set aside, and we paid off the mortgage until the beginning of this year, when the money ran out. The money ran out because last year we hired someone who was supposed to help us build the Otaku brand and grow our business. We gave her access to credit card accounts, and she received a salary.
