Shuter Library, a rural charity in New Mexico, has a parking lot that needs urgent repair – it now slopes into the building and endangers the Library with fall run-off and spring snow-melt. The Library is struggling to make ends meet and has lost at least 2 fundraisers to the pandemic – a 2 day flea-market and a Mardi Gras dinner-dance.
