Save a Family’s Lives in Gaza
Donation protected
JUNE ‘25 UPDATE: Hadeel’s husband was injured in an aid attack. From Hadeel: “He suffered four fractures in his right foot, a shrapnel wound in his left knee, and other bruises.” He needs crutches to walk safely, and requires a lot of medical attention due to the amount and placement of the fractures. He has been informed his foot isn’t healing correctly and needs an urgent surgery if it becomes possible in Gaza.

Donations will help ease the burden of this emergency on the family.
CAMPAIGN INFORMATION:
I am Sophie from the UK, and am running this campaign for my friends in Gaza. Hadeel, her elderly father, diabetic mother, and 2 children, as well as her sister and sister-in-law, and her brother’s 3 young children are all suffering in Gaza, unable to safely access food, medicine and shelter. Their homes have been destroyed and their entire lives uprooted, and it now seems they have no choice and will be forcefully displaced from their home country.
Here is a message from Alaa, Hadeel’s brother currently living in Germany:
“I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart and an urgent plea for assistance. My family is currently trapped in Gaza amidst escalating conflict and violence, and they desperately need your help to evacuate to safety.
For generations, my family have called Gaza home, their lives intertwined with the fabric of its streets and the rhythm of its heartbeat. But as violence escalates and danger looms ever closer, they find themselves trapped in a nightmare from which there seems to be no escape.
The Abuellaban family houses which are located in Northern Gaza were completely destroyed and forced my family to flee to the south and they are currently living under extreme conditions.
The situation in Gaza is rapidly deteriorating, with each passing moment bringing increased danger and uncertainty. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our loved ones, and we are determined to find them refuge in a place where they can rebuild our lives free from fear and turmoil.
However, the cost of evacuating my family from Gaza is far beyond my means. From securing transportation to covering essential expenses, the financial burden is overwhelming, and currently the price for one person to be able to cross the Egyptian border is set between 5000$ - 7000$.
We are reaching out to our extended network of friends, colleagues, and compassionate individuals like you for support. Your generous contribution can make a lifesaving difference in helping us evacuate our family from Gaza and provide them with the safety and security they desperately need.
No donation is too small, and every act of kindness brings us closer to ensuring the safety and well-being of our loved ones. We have set up a dedicated fundraising campaign to facilitate the process, and you can contribute by donating directly here.
Your support during this critical time will provide us with hope and strength as we navigate through this harrowing ordeal. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those facing unimaginable hardship and danger.
Thank you for considering our plea and for extending a helping hand to our family in our time of need. Your compassion and generosity give us hope for a brighter future amidst the darkness of conflict.
With deepest gratitude,
Alaa”
Please consider donating to this campaign; before this new campaign we have only raised £2000, which we are very grateful for, but the family are in desperate need of more to stay safe.
Thank you!
