Save a Century-Old House from Disrepair

Hello friends, I am asking for help as my 120 year old home has fallen into disrepair. Fascia board and gutters have come off in the back of the house and need repair. I recently had to replace my front steps and also had work done on my automobile, and disposable income is negligible. I really don't want to go into my retirement fund as I would have to pay taxes and it is for my retirement. I have an estimate for the repair which could add up to $5000. There is a city program I can get some help from, but that is only after it has been paid.

As much as I hate to do this, I am humbly asking for help. Any and all funds received will go to this repair. If you can, please help me fix my house! Thanks in advance and know I appreciate and love you all!
