Help for Mukhit Danibekov and Nursultan Mukhtarali
Hello. My name is Zhomart Danibekov, I am from Kazakhstan. I am asking for help for my younger brother Mukhit Danibekov and his colleague Nursultan Mukhtarali, who are facing a terrible injustice in Texas, USA.
My brother and I have been working as truck drivers in America for many years. Mukhit and Nursultan are honest, hardworking men who came here simply to make a living. They have never used drugs, never had problems with the law, and live quiet, responsible lives.
But in late September 2025, their lives changed forever.
During a routine inspection, police stopped their truck for a check. They were transporting a load of cars that had been loaded into their trailer. During the inspection, officers discovered that inside one of those cars there were 35 kilograms of cocaine.
Mukhit and Nursultan had no idea what was inside — they were just doing their job as drivers. Now they are being accused of a crime they did not commit.
They are currently being held at the Chambers County Sheriff’s Office (Texas). Their bail has been set at $200,000 each, and without it, they cannot be released to prepare their defense. We are raising funds to pay for a lawyer and bail, to prove their innocence.
Our parents passed away long ago. Mukhit grew up without his mother and father. He has three young daughters who ask about their father every single day. Their mother is sick and has serious heart problems. This situation has broken her heart.
We are asking everyone who can — please help in any way you can. Every dollar brings Mukhit and Nursultan closer to justice and freedom. They came to America to work honestly, not to suffer for someone else’s wrongdoing.
Thank you to everyone who shares or donates. With your kindness, these two innocent men can return home to their families.
