Save Chichen Itza - Piste

Dear Friends and Family,
Everyone who knows me well knows I spent many years living in a small village called Piste which is the township adjacent to Chichen Itza. Everyone in this town lives off of the tourism that travels to Chichen Itza every day. Due to COVID thousands of families are out of work and they do not have the unemployment or government support that we have. On top of all this occurring in their lives it has not stopped raining in the state of Yucatan for 3 days. They have reached 70cm of water (27 innches). Most people have lost EVERYTHING.
We are accepting donations and taking them to the town of Piste. They need to purchase:
Blankets, clothes, baby clothes, food, diapers, medication, etc.

I myself am raising this money here in the states and I will make sure the money is used exactly towards those items listed above. The people of this village mean so much to me and for so many years they opened up their doors and welcomed me into their homes. IT’S TIME TO GIVE BACK AND HELP THEM.
