The Madhesi Community Association of WA is reaching out with an urgent appeal to help save the life of Hira Singh, a 23-year-old young man from Sarlahi, Nepal, who is fighting for survival due to Stage-5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).

Hira has been undergoing regular hemodialysis twice a week, but his condition has now critically deteriorated. Doctors have confirmed that an urgent kidney transplant is the only long-term, life-saving option.

Medical Condition (Doctor-Certified)

Hira was recently hospitalized and shifted to the ICU due to severe complications, including:

• Chronic Kidney Disease – Stage 5 (A2)

• Severe anemia

• Hypertension

• Uremia

• Recurrent gastritis

• Respiratory distress requiring ventilator support

Medical records from Makkar Multispeciality Hospital and Provincial Hospital, Gaur confirm his diagnosis and ongoing dialysis dependency. His treating doctor has also certified that Hira comes from an extremely poor financial background, and his family is unable to afford further treatment.

The estimated cost for the kidney transplant and recovery is approximately:

₹25,00,000 INR (₹25 Lakhs)

This includes:

✔ Kidney transplant surgery

✔ ICU & hospital stay

✔ Dialysis until transplant

✔ Donor matching & medical tests

✔ Post-transplant immunosuppressant medicines

✔ Follow-up consultations & lab reports

Hira’s family has already exhausted all available resources on dialysis, hospital admissions, and medications. They have nothing left to sell and no other means to raise funds.
