- My best friend went to Texas and her dogs were taken and put in the pound. Now, to get the dogs back, we have to pay over $100 to get them all back: 8 puppies and 3 full-grown dogs. They are separated and refuse to clean their cages, just leaving them in their own filth and never taking them outside or anything. We have to get them out ASAP. Please help us.
