Hello, My name is Savannah, however my parents are having to fill out my story on my behalf. I can not verbally or physically communicate in any form..It started when I was born, my momma an I had a difficulty labor and delivery and doctors had to perform an emergency C-section. I went into fetal heart distress, it left me with severe developmental delay and self injurious behavior. I’m like a baby. I require 24/7 care,

I am now 24 an I can walk, but it’s on my tippy toes..I can’t go very far, most of the time when I’m out of my chair I seek to hit my head on hard objects and yes the floor at times.. the wheelchair is for my safety as well as transport. I have a nice custom wheelchair, but it’s too heavy for my parents to put in the regular vehicles an it won’t fit in them. So, we have to make do with a regular hospital style transport chair. It can be uncomfortable. It doesn’t have the padding that helps with comfort or safety. So, if I could get a wheelchair van, I would be able to use my custom wheelchair that was made for my body. Any monetary donations are appreciated. My parents will put all monetary donations in a separated account to use specifically for my new wheelchair van.
