Hi friends, my name is Jayme Gaulden. I am Savannah's older sister.

Late yesterday we received the devastating news that Savannah had been found on the side of the road in her car shot from apparent suicide in Midland, Texas. She was driving on her way back home from Louisiana to AZ with all her belongings.

Savannah moved to Louisiana for a job 4 years ago to try to find a better life for herself. Most of her 31 years she has battled several physical and major mental health issues but always tried to overcome them.

She was beautiful and incredibly smart. She had a goofy sense of humor.

She enlisted in the Army at 17. And 8 years with CBRN as a Specialist in Chemical Warfare.

She had a great love for animals and people.

I am reaching out to raise money for my mom and I to go to Texas as soon as possible to pay for her cremation and bring her and her belongings home to us along with any other added funeral expenses.
