Hi my name is Michelle and I’m raising funds to help my sister pay for my niece Savannahs medical and funeral expenses. Savannah was born w a rare condition called Moya Moya. Savannah has lived so much longer than expected by the grace of God and the love of her family. Savannah is an angel and everyone who’s met her has been blessed by her. Her sweet and loving personality has always shined like a bright star. Savannahs organs are failing and she’s on hospice in her home. They have given her a week or 2 to live. Because of her condition life insurance hasn’t been an option. We’re asking everyone to please give from the heart and bless this baby with a going home like she deserves.
