Savanna Churchwell Cancer Fundraiser

Savanna is a loving mother to four beautiful children and her husband Jay. Since her youngest daughter was born, she has stayed home to focus her time raising her children. As long as I have known her she has put the people around her before herself.

For a long time now, Savanna has been dealing with a lot of pain. She has had multiple MRI's and doctor visits over the course of the last year. A few weeks ago, after routine surgery, she was dealing with chest pain that they did not believe was related and sent her to the hospital, where they found a mass. This led to her getting a PET scan where they could confirm their suspicion that she had cancer. This last week they diagnosed Savanna with lymphoma- although they haven't determined what type. She is set to get her port on Monday and start chemo this Thursday. Currently, Savanna has an infection and is in the hospital, where they will keep her for a night or two. Things have happened very quickly, and during this time Jay is going to take some time off of work to be there for her and their children.
