The Great Sausage Stroll and Dog Show

I have recently heard about Pumpkin and Friends, a charity who fit wheels for animals who lose the use of their back legs. As many of us know IVDD is a common disease for sausage dogs and I know I’m always worrying about the boys when they’re jumping off things (even though I have a ramp and I tell them not to). This charity is incredible and it doesn’t just fit wheels for dogs but it seems any animal that may need them, including a duck. I’d really like to support this charity as I feel it is such a worthy cause. Pumpkin & Friends Charity 1199484

On Sunday 6th July, we will have our normal walk but I will the be holding a bit of a dog show, where we will have games such as races, agility, a beauty contest for the dogs. Followed by a large picnic. I’d really love for us all to get involved so please let me know if this is something you’d be interested in.

Donations would be collected via paying a £1 to enter each game or the beauty contest and then general donations on the day to such a worthy cause. I will also set up a GoFundMe page if people wish to donate online.
