satoshi bread crying in broken oven

Hi my name is Satoshi.

My oven broke down and i make jungle sourdough with 200 years old sour from San Fransisco i feed them with jungle fruits, it is very basic but real bread. I have baked sourdough for more than 10 years, it is sill dificult to get perfect with many conditions of the situations, temperature, humidity, etc. And with Covid 19 I can only work limited days and operate my small bakery, therefore i used

the time that i cant open my shop to study about sourdough again and with trial and error trying different things, i put more attention to my sourdough all day and woke up 3 times during the night. Then, recently after all that hard work, i was able to make the best sourdough bread i have ever made. Nice and fluffy on the inside, perfect tension, great smell and and beautiful gloss. I was very excited, the next day i opened my shop and gently cut and shaped it and waited for the final rise, then i switched my oven but my bestfriend oven did not turn on. I tried again and again and again but i could not bake. The dough started turning goowy and off, watching my efforts go down. I fixed my oven and the very next day it didnt turn on watching my efforts go down the drain once again. I have lovely customer, old couple come once a week holding their hands, but it breaks my heart to tell them no bread today. someone came 2 hours away to buy my bread but i have to say no bread. Dough is ready, customers are waiting, i am healthy, I just need oven. Please help my to get oven. I just need a small oven because my shop is the smallest bakery in our jungle market with limited space, i am more than happy to gift you my dream bread in return of your kindness when you come to my shop.
