I am Sassy from Jamaica. I am looking for funding to re-open my restaurant.
It was the only Authentic Jamaican Restaurant in Melbourne and I would love to be able to share my parent's recipes to the people once again. I prepared a wide variety of dishes including fish, goat, chicken and vegetarian. But my specialty was Jerk Chicken and definitely my unique Finger Lickin' Chicken.
People amongst my community constantly ask for the return of my restaurant. It makes me sad that I am not able to give the poeple what they want and that I am no longer able to do what I love due to my lack of funding. Re-opening my restaurant isn't about me. It's about giving back to my family, my friends and my community.
