Sasha Ramirez is a wonderful, kindhearted, fierce 32 year old.  She is so loved by those who are lucky to know her.  She is a wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and an amazing friend.

She has worked as a nurse taking care of post surgical cancer patients daily for the past 9 years.  Advocating, caring, and praying for patients under her care and now she will be facing the cancer fight on the other side, as a patient, and she needs our help.

Last week, Sasha felt a lump in her breast.  She scheduled an appointment with her PCP who scheduled a mammogram, ultrasound, and biopsy.  Her biopsy came back malignant and preliminary diagnosis is stage 2 triple negative breast cancer, she will still need several scans to confirm but her oncologist feels confident in this preliminary diagnosis.

Sasha is such a strong fighter but she has a long road ahead of her: 20 weeks of chemotherapy, surgery, possible radiation not to mention CT/bone scans, genetic counseling, fertility counseling/treatment, labs, more ultrasounds and biopsies, echocardiogram, etc.

She has given so much to so many, so let's rally behind her and help relieve some of the financial stress that comes with fighting cancer.
