Hi! My name is Sasha Kopp and I have been exploring the medium of fused glass since I was 12 years old, over 14 years! It's pretty amazing, even to me, how I found such a fascinating and dynamic art medium at such a young age. As a young adult, I have had the privilage of not only creating art for myslef, but combining my love of teaching, and often Judaism, to teach fused glass throughout the communities where I have worked. I have loved teaching glass to children ages 2-18. (YES pre-schoolers CAN cut glass (and safely, no worries)) It has been wonderful to see my friends and students interact with this beautiful medium.

I recently moved to Los Angeles where I no longer have access to a kiln. I am hoping to not only buy my own, but also buy the tools that I need to continue to teach my medium to students around the LA area. My goal is to have enough materials to run my own workshops so I can run glass workshops in different communities for children and young adults. Thanks for supporting me in all the ways that you do! Please think of fused glassworks by Sasha if you are in need of a fun, colorful, one of a kind peice of art!
