Update on the Fundraiser and Exciting Progress!
First and foremost, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has contributed so far! Thanks to your support, I’ve raised over $1,100 out of my $6,600 goal, which is a tremendous step forward. The golden opportunity event I attended was a success in achieving what I hoped for, and the journey has only grown bigger and more promising from here.
Post-Event Progress and Updates:
During the Salem Castle and Haus Baden Estates event, I was able to achieve some incredible milestones:
✅ Met in person with my Advisor, Allen Williams, who is now officially a co-founder of the business
✅ Connected with key high-profile hosts and attendees, including the Prince and Margrave of Haus Baden and the Founder of Regenerate—now all investor prospects for Eco Farm Finder and Eutopias
What’s Next:
✅ Focus is on the growth of Eco Farm Finder and Eutopias, and raising angel funding to start due diligence on ArcLiving.
✅ With Dr. Allen Williams now as co-founder, we are accelerating our fundraising efforts, aiming to raise a $5M seed round with plans for a $10M Series A in 2-3 years
✅ We are working on building a detailed site map for Eco Farm Finder’s platform, creating an in-depth pitch deck for the $5M raise, and preparing for pitching upon Dr. Williams' return to Haus Baden in October.

He operates the largest farm in Mississippi as a 6th generation farmer and has been featured in prominent documentaries, podcasts, and media outlets including Kiss the Ground, Carbon Nation, and The Dr. Oz Show. His influential book, Before You Have a Cow, has shaped discussions on sustainable farming, and his leadership will significantly propel Eco Farm Finder’s mission forward.

While the event was a success, the journey is far from over, and this opportunity continues to grow. The funds I’ve raised so far have been crucial in covering travel and preparatory expenses, allowing me to focus on this critical work without needing to pick up additional side projects.
I am still seeking to meet the $6,600 goal to support ongoing business expenses, the development of the $5M pitch deck, and to fully dedicate myself to reaching the next benchmark in raising the investment for the two entities. These funds are essential in covering some of the preparatory costs and travel expenses for upcoming pitches, and in allowing me to give my full focus to Eco Farm Finder/Eutopias and ArcLiving as we move forward.

Dear Friends and Family,
As June marks my birthday month, I’ve come to think of it as my personal "New Year." This year, I’m doing something I’ve never done before – reaching out for support, which is not something I usually find comfortable. But, as life and my business continue to evolve, I find that I’m stepping into new territory.
Since moving to Germany, things have been wonderful and full of growth, both personally and professionally. I’ve made great strides in my business projects, and I’ve been working with a couple of clients to generate income in the meantime. However, a few months ago, I lost one of my major sources of income from a client, which created an unexpected financial gap. When I moved here, I had to leave behind much of my belongings from the U.S. unable to ship them, opting to bring only a few suitcases. It’s been manageable, but now, as June brings exciting opportunities, there are some things I would love to be able to afford to fully step into this next phase.
To give you some background, I’m co-founder of two projects:
Eco Farm Finder + Eutopias Media Co. (Brand family)– This includes a magazine, a documentary film series, and an online multimedia platform dedicated to wellness, sustainability, and holistic living, and a separate platform for Eco Farm Finder initiative.
Arc Wellness Resort – A transformative wellness destination in Tuscany, Italy, focused on holistic health and mindful living. ArcLiving creates conscious sanctuaries that blend sustainability, wellness, and innovation, fostering harmony between humanity and nature for transformative personal growth and planetary well-being.
In June, I’ve been invited to attend a prestigious Haus Baden event at Salem Castle, just a 3-hour drive from where I live. The event is a golden opportunity to connect directly with aligned investors for my projects, thanks to the introduction of my Advisor-Partner, who is a guest presenter. The event spans two days and requires a night’s stay at a nearby hotel.
