Sashaparula Illustration Education

Hello Everyone! I am a wildlife biologist and self-taught artist who is passionate about bird conservation. I believe that public support for conservation requires increased awareness and one way to accomplish this is through inspiring art.



During the course of my graduate research, I discovered my love for painting and realized it is the most powerful method I possess for connecting people with nature. I have been accepted into a Science Illustration program at California State University - Monterey Bay and am seeking financial support.  This is an opportunity to continue my growth as an artist under the tutelage of incredible, professional science illustrators. Please consider supporting my committment to creating artwork to help raise awareness and support for bird conservation.
