I am Sashalie Rios (she/her), and am a New York based artist, performer, and choreographer. I very much appreciate you taking the time to consider my donation page.
New York City has been my home for the past 8 years and through those I have endeavored to expand my artistry to various industries and mediums. It’s so inspiring to live in a city with so much opportunity and so much talent! It’s an incredible community to be a part of.
Over the past year I have begun presenting my own work, and thankfully have more chances to do so on horizon. I would love for the ability to keep creating and funding my work and that’s where you can help! For emerging choreographers covering expensive of many things can pile up: rental spaces, paying my dancers fairly, application fees and various other external costs to make sure the work is being presented to its fullest.
Any amount you choose to donate to my artist fund would be a huge contribution to my future choreographic endeavors.
