I am looking to sell 200 shares of myself for 500 CHF each. The money will guarantee the necessary funds to give me the best possible opportunity for success. In appreciation for your investment in me, I will reward shareholder with returns as follows.
- Once I qualify for either the European Tour, PGA Tour I will contribute 50% of my prize money winnings (net) to the investment pool for two years.
- Should I qualify to play in a European Tour or PGA Tour event before I officially qualify for either of those tours, any prize money (net) will be contributed to the pool at the same 50% rate
- Funds in the investment pool will be divided by 200 the number of units and distributed based on number of units held by each stakeholder. Available distribution will be made prior to the end of the calendar year.
As an example, should I qualify for the European Tour in the 2022 season, then all my winnings that season from the European Tour or PGA Tour would go into the pool to be paid out in December 2022. If I don’t qualify for the European Tour until the fall of 2022, then my winnings for the 2023 and 2024 seasons will be contributed to the pool. Only prize money from European Tour or PGA Tour will be contributed to the pool.
As a frame of reference for potential annual earnings/contributions please note the following from 2018 European Tour money list:
- 100th place earned 391,932 € x .50 = 195,966/200= 980 € per unit
- 50th place earned 956,936 € x .50 = 478,468/200 = 2,392€ per unit
- 1st place earned 4,791,520 € x .50 = 2,395,760/200 = 11,979 € per unit
When using the same frame of reference from the 2020 PGA Tour money list
- 100th place earned $896,750 x .50 = 448,375/200 = $2,242 per unit
- 50th place earned $1,710,808 x .50 = 855,404/200 = $4,277 per unit
- 1st place earned $7,344,040 x .50 = 3,672,020/200 = $18,360 per unit
