HELP SASHA LIVE - GIVE HER HOPE FOR A HAPPY FUTURE!
John Walley (Sasha's Dad) is using all proceeds from this fundraiser toward the costs of Sasha's hospitalization and rehabilitation.
On Sunday, October 20th, Sasha was brought to the emergency room by her dad, John Walley. Sasha, originally dagnosed with pneumonia, has instead an unusually severe case of Necrotizing Pancreatitis. Sasha has been treated for this illness in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.
At this time, recovery is looking like this:
Sasha has been in the ICU at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Minneapolis, for the last five weeks. When stable she will go on to rehab at Bethesda or Regency Hospital for another 2-3 months. This time frame is a best case scenario. She could potentially be in ICU longer, depending on when her vital signs stabilize. She may need another 2-3 months for further rehabilitation.
Sasha’s life will be forever changed by this illness and we’re collecting money to help her with this long journey to recovery. Her medical bills are already incredibly high and overall she will be in two hospitals and two rehabilitation centers for 6 to 12 months, hopefully not more.
Thank you for your donations and for all the positive healing energy you can send to Sasha! Please send healing vibes Sasha’s way!
