New guitar for Sasha Sherbina’s Birthday on Jan 1

UPDATED: any money left after the guitar purchase will go towards recording Sasha’s next album, his first here in the US. Thank you for your kind and generous gifts. 

On January 1st we celebrate the beginning of each new year, and by some cool coincidence, also celebrate Aleksandr Sherbina’s birthday, who I would say is an awesome gift to all of us. And for most of us, we did initially discover him in a forest, under some kind of a tree.

Sasha left Moscow shortly after February 24th, not intending to return. He brought with him his talent, kindness and desire to build a new life in the US, however, he did not bring with him virtually anything else.

That includes his guitar.

We would love to try helping Sasha in getting a new guitar, as he starts his new journey, in his new country. This gift isn’t purely selfless. We will be expecting many wonderful new songs being written and performed on this new guitar, for all of us.
