Hello, My name is Mariana Thida Garcia and it hurts me to say that my mother, Sarith Sara Roeun recently passed due to lung cancer and brain tumor. My mother was a loving and caring person to anyone she came across. She stayed strong and fought through it until the very end. I’m 17 years old and my brother is 12 years old. I don’t have a father to help support me or to be here for me. My brother has a father but he can’t fully help us either. My mother did her very best to raise us on her own and i’m truly grateful how far she has come. I started this fundraiser to help cover the cost of my mother’s funeral expenses. Our family was not prepared for my mother’s death, along with the cost of the funeral. During this difficult time we are reaching out for your help.
