Sarcoma Warrior. Help Craig recover!

Hey everyone,
My name is Jeff and I am here along with my group of close friends to start a fundraiser on behalf of our good friend Craig.
Anyone who knows Craig knows he’s a hard working man who’d give the shirt off of his back for anyone. Craig is a Police Officer in Las Vegas, Nevada and has been serving his community for several years now. Craig loves serving his community and helping anyone he possibly can. Craig is an avid outdoorsmen and loves to enjoy time with friends and family.
Unfortunately, a few months ago, Craig was diagnosed with Sarcoma in his left tibia. Craig is only 37 years old and due to his young age, this diagnosis came as a shock to his friends and family. Craig went through months of rigorous chemotherapy treatment to attempt to shrink the mass in order to surgically remove it. Unfortunately, the chemotherapy did not work in shrinking the mass and Craig was told he needed to amputate his left leg from just below the knee.
On Friday, May 20th, 2022 Craig underwent the procedure to amputate his leg. Fortunately, Craig was surrounded by much love from family, friends, and his awesome fiancé Liz which helped him tremendously. Craig’s procedure went well and fortunately was able to go home a day after the procedure to rest and begin his recovery.
Unfortunately with any significant procedure, comes a lengthy road to recovery. We all know the road to rehabilitation can be long, strenuous, and most importantly, expensive. Insurance companies will only provide so much help with rehabilitation, prosthetics, bills, etc.
On behalf of Craig, myself, Craig’s fiancé Liz, our group of friends and Craig’s family are creating this to help Craig with any medical bills that he has accrued and bills he will continue to accrue through his long road to recovery.
Due to Craig’s career being one that keeps him highly active daily, Craig will need a solid, well made prosthetic. We are asking anyone who is willing and able to help, please donate anything that you can. If you cannot donate, no problem; thank you for taking to the time to read this and please share this.
