Hi my name is Donna, I’m 75 years old a retired nurse who worked in oncology for over 30 years. With the cost of living and being retired it is hard for me to afford travelling costs. I live in Hampshire and have to get the trains into London to get to the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital. As well as my Husband who has to help me get to the hospital. Each trip costs almost £90 return.

I added a picture of my Sarcoma to show how bad it has become. I should be having surgery soon and would also like to have some money to have my husband be able to stay near the hospital for a couple of days for support.

After my surgery I may need other equipment to help me around the house. when I have to go to further appointments I may need a Wheelchair.

So I’m asking for your help. I believe you can do updates on here so I can get my Husband to update as time moves on.
