Sara Van Til's Medical Assistance

Sara spent many years serving in the California Air National Guard ( its part of the US Air Force), she was tasked to the 131st pararescue squadron.

Recently, Sara has had several strokes majorly disrupting her life which has created many challenges financially. She has been seeking medical and living assistance but it is just not enough to make ends meet. 

Sara was reluctant to ask for our help, but our friend Tem and I decided with her approval to move foward with fundraising efforts. 

Please help support our friend Sara in any way you are able,  she is someone who has helped so many of our fellow Americans and deserves to be supported in her time of need.
