My name is Sara Sepehr, and I am creating this GoFundMe campaign to request your assistance in covering my medical bills. I have been struggling with Stage IV cancer for the past 2 years, and the cost of medical care has been a heavy burden on me and my 2 kids (Arian and Ava). I am a single mother and currently unemployed due to my disability. Unfortunately, my insurance does not cover all the treatments that I need, and I have already accumulated a significant amount of medical debt.

I am reaching out to you all today to ask for your help. Any amount you can contribute towards my medical bills will be greatly appreciated. Your generosity will help me get a new therapy that overcomes the current limitations in oncology and gives me a chance to get back on my feet to take care of my children.

About Me:

I am 45 years old, and I live in Lake Forest, CA. Before my diagnosis, I was a Medical Assistant in a Geriatric clinic. I have always been an active person, and my medical condition has significantly impacted my ability to live my life and be able to tend to my children.

Medical Condition:

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2017. It has since metastasized, and my body is not responding to several rounds of chemotherapy. The treatments have been long and painful and it has made it difficult for me to carry out daily activities. My lungs have filled with water making it difficult for me to breathe. My new doctor has recommended an integrative targeted therapy that holds a lot of promise. However, this treatment is expensive and not currently covered by insurance.
