Saralee and Bob would appreciate your help.

My name is Saralee, and my husband of 45 years is Bob. I am 70 and Bob is 74.

Last week, we suddenly and with no warning lost our business. Bob, who is in the terrible throes of dementia, is unable to work. My limitations are due to my spinal cord injury.

Of course, we didn't expect any of this to happen. I am so uncomfortable reaching out to others, and wouldn't want anyone to feel obligated to help us. However, with no income, and our concurrent disabilities, we are in a dire situation.

Words cannot describe how grateful we would be, if anyone could find it in their hearts to help us. Writing these paragraphs to you, is one of the hardest things I have ever done.

Even if you are unable to help, I am grateful for your time and your kindness in reading this.

If only my husband could understand, I know he would be grateful as well.
