After my breakup with my ex-boyfriend who served in the Navy things quickly turned dangerous. He threatened to kill me, and not long after, he tried to run me off the road. Since then, things have only escalated.

I later found out he had moved into a house on the same street as my current boyfriend. Out of fear for our safety, we moved to a new apartment, hoping it would end. But instead of peace, things got worse. Two of his cousins moved into the same complex, and we began experiencing a series of disturbing events:

• My boyfriend’s truck was keyed

• We were blocked in multiple times

• The lug nuts were removed from the tires

• And finally, the truck was set on fire

Despite reports, no arrests have been made, and I feel completely unsafe, unheard, and vulnerable.

Then, something happened that pushed everything over the edge:

I found out that my private medical chart had been accessed without my permission by my ex’s current girlfriend. I’ve never been a patient at that facility, Carson Medical Group, and she had no legal or medical reason to be in my records.

Even worse? I had to be the one to call the facility and request an audit.

They never informed me.

It turns out, she had already been fired once before for accessing a different patient’s medical chart without authorization. Still, somehow, she had access to my private information. And if I hadn’t spoken up, I may have never known.

Now I’m seeking help to:
